Orbetello is a country of the province of Grosseto, located in south-western region of Tuscany, presenting itself as one of the most relevant and important village of the area, the town, arose during the Middle Ages, is today  a tourist destination of extreme beauty, chosen by an increasing number of tourists for their summer holidays.

The old town of Orbetello sees the presence of a large number of monuments, buildings and ancient buildings, making it a place certainly very charming and full of interest, where to visit interesting monuments, it is the ideal solution to come into contact with culture more real and authentic in the country, knowing the traditions, art and history.

There are many monuments that deserve to be visited, among the main however include the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, a splendid building erected on the ruins of an ancient Etruscan temple, but also the Church of San Francesco da Paola and the Church of St. Joseph.

Then, continue with the Spanish Mill, built in the center of the lagoon, and the Medina Porta Coeli, access to the ancient fortified city, then conclude with the Polveriera Guzman, now the Archaeological Museum, the cyclopean walls, partly erected by the hand and Etruscan and the Palace of Government, dating back to the period of domination of the State of Deans.
